FutureSense started because we watched freelancers and small business owners drown in admin tools. Five subscriptions, none of them talking to each other, and hours wasted every week on work that doesn't pay. We thought: what if one platform handled all of it — and an AI assistant tied it all together?

Building FutureSense

How it started

In 2024, we watched a friend — a freelance consultant — spend an entire Sunday copying data between Calendly, Wave, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp. She had five tabs open, none of them knew about the others, and she was paying $90/month for the privilege.

We asked: what if there was one platform where booking a client automatically created an invoice, tracked the payment, logged the expense, and updated the CRM? And what if an AI assistant could answer "how did I do last month?" by looking at all of it together?

That question became FutureSense. We built it for freelancers, consultants, and small service businesses — the people who are too busy doing real work to wrestle with admin software.
