At FutureSense AI, your privacy is a core architectural requirement. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information gathered from users across our ecosystem.
We may collect the following data points to optimize your experience:
We process information to drive system performance:
All data resides on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure within North American regions, maintaining strict compliance with regional privacy frameworks.
Our usage of Google API data (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, and Google Drive) adheres strictly to theLimited Use Requirements. Data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties. Drive access is limited to files the user explicitly selects or creates within our app (drive.file scope) — we cannot access your broader Drive contents.
OAuth tokens are encrypted and used solely for financial synchronization. We do not store your raw credentials. Disconnection triggers data purging within 30 days.
When you connect an AI assistant such as Claude to FutureSense, you sign in with your FutureSense account and choose which apps it may use. The assistant can then read and change data in those apps on your behalf, with the same permissions as your account. Results are sent to the assistant you connected, which handles them under its own privacy policy. Access tokens are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after 1 hour; refresh tokens expire after 30 days. You can revoke a connection at any time in the Developer Dashboard.
