How We Protect Your Data
FutureSense AI runs on Google Cloud. We have not completed a third-party security audit yet; SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap. Here is what is in place today:
Security
CoreAccess to data is limited by role, and every request to our servers is authenticated.
Availability
MonitoredErrors and outages are reported automatically and tracked so we can respond quickly.
Payments
StripeCard payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.
Identity
Sign-inYou sign in through Google or Microsoft. We never see or store your password.
Sign-in & Access
Each person only sees what their role allows, and sign-in is handled by Google or Microsoft.

Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and encrypted at rest by Google Cloud, where the platform is hosted.

Your Data
You can delete your account and its data from your profile, unsubscribe from marketing email in one click, and choose which cookies we use.
Monitoring
Errors are reported automatically and incidents are tracked, so problems get found and fixed quickly.
